Franklin & Marshall College, New College House

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Preconstruction and construction managements services for a new 62,670 sq. ft., 4-story College House.  The design incorporates Georgian Architecture and utilizes brick exterior and slate roofing to ensure the new College House maintains the integrity of the historic architectural fabric of the campus.   The new College House includes:

• 188 beds (suite, apartments and dorm rooms)
• Multipurpose space
• Seminar room
• Small group room
• Offices
